Meet 22 Children's Authors & Illustrators at the Children's Wing of the Huntington Beach Central Library. Also, between 3:30-5:00pm, awards ceremony in Tabby Theater for winners of the Writing & Illustrating Contest for kids, Pre-K through 8th Grade. Presented by the Friends of the Children's Library
