This is your chance to be the first point of contact for clients, providing an exceptional customer experience both in person and over the phone.
The Receptionist will:
  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle client communications and appointment scheduling, keeping agendas organized.
  • Assist with paperwork processing using DocuSign.
  • Support event coordination and office operations to keep things running smoothly.
 Requirements:
